Tempe Events Center

Tempe Events Center is an affordable, flexible venue for organisers planning celebrations, meetings and community gatherings in Tempe. Its reception hall can accommodate up to 125 people with tables and chairs, making it suitable for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, quinceañeras, holiday parties, memorials and business meetings.

The space is available by the hour, with a three-hour minimum, and organisers can arrange a viewing by appointment. The venue provides folding chairs, round and long tables, and access to a kitchen. Wi-Fi, a speaker and a microphone are available for an additional charge. Organisers can choose their own caterer, bartender and DJ, prepare and serve food themselves, or arrange for a food truck. Audio-visual equipment is not included, so planners should bring or hire what their programme requires.

This is a straightforward, self-managed rental rather than a packaged event service. Organisers set up and clear away the room themselves, or can ask about available upgrade options. Rentals are generally available between 9am and 1am, and the venue has on-site parking. The centre is operated by the Knights of Pythias, a not-for-profit fraternal organisation. Rental income supports local charitable and community work, so booking the space also contributes to its community-focused mission. The venue serves Tempe, Mesa, Phoenix and nearby areas.
