The Club at Twelve Oaks, Inc.

The Club at Twelve Oaks offers its clubhouse for private gatherings in the Twelve Oaks neighbourhood of Mount Washington, Kentucky. Organisers can enquire about the space for birthdays, baby showers, wedding-related celebrations, family occasions and other small events. The venue is presented as a place to bring guests together for a meal or celebration, with seating for up to 72 people for dining.

The clubhouse can be reserved as a whole building or as a single level, giving planners options for different group sizes and budgets. Availability is shown on the club's reservation calendar, and fees vary according to the day and the area booked. A cleaning fee and refundable damage deposit also apply. Events must finish, be cleared up and have the key returned by 10 pm, so the space is best suited to daytime and early-evening occasions.

To enquire, organisers can share their event type, preferred date, expected number of guests and whether they would like the main or lower level. A reservation coordinator can discuss availability and arrange a tour. The clubhouse is connected to a private neighbourhood club that also operates a members' swimming pool. Pool access is membership-based, while the clubhouse is available to non-members at separate rental rates. This makes the clubhouse a practical option for local organisers seeking a dedicated indoor setting for a personal celebration, without requiring pool membership to make a booking.
