Domaine du Bois Saint Mard

11 Rue du Maréchal Leclerc, 60170 Tracy-le-Val, France

In the heart of Oise, Domaine du Bois Saint Mard welcomes organisers looking for a reception venue surrounded by greenery in Tracy-le-Val. The estate offers several spaces to create an event suited to its format, whether it is a wedding, a family celebration, a private reception or a seminar. The main hall, housed in the château's former outbuildings, can accommodate 20 to 150 people seated. Its exposed beams and old stone give it a warm character, while its openings onto the garden and terrace make it easy to enjoy the outdoors.
Organisers can also make use of a heated orangery, a small house with a terrace and a flexible gazebo, particularly suited to civil ceremonies. The landscaped, enclosed and well-lit garden provides a fitting setting for drinks receptions and outdoor gatherings. Private parking is available for guests, and the hall is accessible to people with reduced mobility. A catering kitchen is available for preparing or reheating meals, so organisers can hire a catering provider.
To extend the event, the estate offers two holiday cottages and five guest rooms, with accommodation for up to 40 people. This makes it possible to hold the reception and overnight stays at the same venue, particularly for weddings and residential seminars. Rates depend on the time of year, the day and the hire period, with a bespoke quote for private events and rates available on request for businesses and associations.
