Veterans Memorial Building

The Veterans Memorial Building is a historic Eugene venue available to event planners for weddings, private celebrations, meetings and group gatherings. Managed by the Veterans Memorial Association, it offers several rooms with different capacities and layouts, making it possible to choose a space suited to the scale and style of an occasion.

The Ballroom is the largest option, accommodating groups of up to 200 people. Its hardwood floating dance floor and historic character make it suitable for weddings, dancing and larger receptions. The Colonial Inn provides a more intimate setting for parties and dinners, with seating for up to 80. For smaller gatherings, the Dance Studio can accommodate up to 50 people seated at tables and is also used for meetings and private dinners. Two additional rooms, the Veterans Room and Founders Room, are available for groups of up to 20.

Rooms can be booked by the hour or for a full day or evening, subject to minimum hire periods. Planners can ask about equipment such as a projector and screen or television, as well as linen rental. Catering and on-site alcoholic beverage service are provided through the building's in-house catering partner. The venue also offers discounts for veterans and non-profit organisations.
