The Station at 28 Event Space

The Station at 28 Event Space offers event organisers a bookable venue in Kansas City for weddings, receptions and other private celebrations. It is part of 28 Event Space, which operates two distinct event locations, giving planners a choice between the more intimate Station and the larger Kansas City Room nearby.

The venue supports both the celebration and some of the practical arrangements around it. Tables and chairs are set out before guests arrive, and the team can change the room from a ceremony layout to a reception setup during the event. Organisers can bring their preferred suppliers, as the venue has an open-vendor policy. A recommended supplier list is also available for those who would welcome suggestions. Bar packages with bartenders are offered, giving planners the option to arrange drinks service through the venue.

The Station has preparation and accommodation facilities for wedding parties. Its suites include getting-ready areas, bathrooms, kitchenettes and private balconies, with overnight lodging available in selected packages. Guests can use the venue's private, gated and well-lit parking area, and the venue states that its entrances are accessible.

Tours are available by appointment, so organisers can view the space and discuss their plans before booking. With room setup, optional bar service, supplier flexibility and practical wedding-day amenities, The Station provides a dedicated setting for planners arranging a wedding or celebration in Kansas City.
