Pell Road Ranch

Pell Road Ranch is a wedding venue set on 11 acres in Osteen, Florida. Couples can hold an outdoor ceremony beneath the trees before moving into the 3,000-square-foot air-conditioned barn for their reception. The property also has a 900-square-foot bridal suite, giving the wedding party a dedicated place to prepare and take a break during the day. The venue can host up to 120 guests and holds one wedding per day.

Organisers can choose a venue-focused collection or select a more comprehensive package. Options range from intimate elopements for up to 20 guests to larger celebrations with services such as photography, flowers, an officiant, a DJ, bar staff and catering. Package inclusions vary, so couples can compare the collections and discuss the details that suit their plans. The venue provides a day-of coordinator with its collections, and its team can help with the floor plan, table arrangements and event-day transitions. A selection of decor is available on site, and couples can arrange a tour by appointment, including a virtual tour if they are planning from out of state.

For receptions, the barn provides an indoor alternative if weather affects an outdoor ceremony. Couples may use preferred caterers or, subject to the venue's arrangements, choose an outside vendor. Bar service is handled by a venue-approved bartender, while clients provide the alcohol. With its ceremony area, reception barn and wedding packages in one location, Pell Road Ranch offers couples a countryside setting and practical support for planning their day.
