Florence Sports & Social Club

Florence Sports & Social Club is a hireable venue in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, offering function rooms for weddings and a range of private and community occasions. Organisers can choose between two rooms, including a larger main function room and a smaller sports social bar. The spaces are available for events such as wedding receptions, christenings, birthday parties, anniversaries and club gatherings, with different hire periods offered across the week.

For weddings, the venue can accommodate a sit-down meal or an evening celebration. Buffet options are available, and organisers can ask about seated dining. The team can also help arrange room decorations, including chair covers and ceiling dressing, and a resident DJ with a sound system and disco can be booked. Karaoke is another entertainment option. Organisers can discuss their plans with the centre manager and arrange a visit to view the facilities before requesting a quotation.

The venue also offers a floodlit artificial sports pitch for hire, with changing facilities and showers. This provides an additional option for sports activities and group bookings, separate from the function rooms. Florence Sports & Social Club is therefore suited to event planners seeking a practical local setting for a celebration, with room hire and optional food, decoration and entertainment arrangements available through the venue. Availability and requirements can be discussed directly with the club.
