Apothecaries' Hall

Apothecaries' Hall is a historic City of London venue available to hire for weddings, private celebrations and business events. Set close to St Paul's Cathedral and Blackfriars station, the Grade I listed building combines period character with spaces suited to a range of event formats.

Organisers can choose from five spaces, including the Great Hall, Court Room, Parlour, Courtyard and Champagne Bar. The Great Hall is the largest indoor room, with capacity for up to 250 guests at a reception or 150 for dinner or a conference. The Court Room and Parlour offer more intimate settings for smaller gatherings, meetings and dinners. The courtyard and Champagne Bar provide additional options for welcoming guests or creating a drinks reception. Spaces can be hired individually, with some available together for a larger or more varied event.

The venue caters for wedding celebrations, corporate receptions, conferences, meetings and formal dinners. On-site catering is available, with menus and service suited to receptions, working lunches and seated dinners. The team can also discuss event requirements and help shape wedding arrangements, from food and table design to other elements of the day.

Historic interiors, archival details and a secluded courtyard give events a distinctive setting in central London. The Great Hall includes audiovisual facilities for presentations, while a virtual tour helps organisers explore the rooms before making an enquiry. With several room sizes and a central location, Apothecaries' Hall offers event planners a flexible historic venue for both intimate occasions and larger gatherings.
