The Vintage Vault Event Venue

The Vintage Vault is a family-run event venue in a historic former bank in downtown Winnsboro, Louisiana. With its original vaults and distinctive period character, the building offers a memorable setting for weddings, birthday celebrations, showers, family gatherings and other special occasions. The main event space can accommodate up to 179 guests, giving organisers room to shape the layout around their plans.

Venue hire includes tables and chairs, access to a fully equipped kitchen and a buffet table. Organisers can bring their own food or arrange a caterer of their choice, and the venue has a flexible vendor policy. Alcohol is permitted, subject to the venue's policy. These options make it possible to choose suppliers and refreshments that suit the occasion rather than follow a single in-house package.

For weddings, the venue offers a dedicated two-day hire option with a bridal suite, groom's lounge, tables, chairs, tablecloths and napkins. The bridal preparation areas include a dressing room created from a former drive-up teller window, while the original vault doors provide distinctive photo opportunities. The team also rents a digital photo booth, which can be booked with the venue or for events elsewhere in Franklin Parish.

Located on Prairie Street, The Vintage Vault is available by appointment. Its historic setting, practical event facilities and choice of hire options make it suitable for organisers planning intimate family occasions as well as larger wedding celebrations.
