Mile Away Events llc

Mile Away Events is a historic venue in Milford, New Hampshire, offering indoor and outdoor settings for weddings, private celebrations and selected business gatherings. Set across five acres, the property brings together a restored colonial home, an old post-and-beam barn, gardens, lawns and a pond-side tent. Its rustic character and landscaped grounds give organisers several different backdrops in one location.

The venue has spaces for both intimate occasions and larger gatherings. The Swiss Room suits events of up to 30 guests, while the Flagship Lodge accommodates up to 75. For larger celebrations, the garden tent can host up to 200 guests. The gardens and lawn are also available for ceremonies, photographs, brunches and cocktail-style events. Indoor and outdoor bar areas and flexible layouts provide further options for receptions and socialising.

Weddings are a featured part of the offering, with settings for ceremonies and receptions, as well as rehearsal dinners, welcome parties and post-wedding brunches. Other suitable occasions include birthdays, anniversaries, showers, reunions, graduations, holiday gatherings and corporate retreats or training days. Indoor spaces are presented for year-round bookings, while the gardens and tent are seasonal options.

Organisers can choose a space to suit their guest numbers and occasion, then contact the venue through its booking enquiry form to discuss arrangements or arrange a tour. The property combines period architecture and country gardens with a choice of intimate rooms, a rustic lodge and a substantial garden tent.
