How it started
BHV Expo Group was founded in 1987 by Louis Havermans. In the beginning, the rental mainly consisted of smaller pagoda tents and an assortment of truss tents. The stand construction branch was added quite quickly, to which the addition “Expo” in the company name also refers.
After experiencing enormous growth in the stand construction and tent department within the company, it was decided in 2006 to start developing, producing and renting out a grandstand system ourselves, with success.
Family business
In addition to its location in the Netherlands, BHV Expo Groep also has a company in Belgium. All development and production is completely taken care of in-house from the Dutch location in Wernhout, located between Breda and Antwerp. The second generation joined the company in 2011, making BHV Expo Groep a real family business.
Developments
A lot has changed in the events sector over the years and BHV Expo Groep never stands still. In addition to the development and production of its own grandstand system, BHV Expo Groep also started in 2013 with the development and production of a storey floor that can be used to make double-deck and triple-deck tents.
Modern company
BHV Expo Groep also invests in new technology every year. In addition to a modern, fully automatic car wash and drying machine for the sails, all sails are chipped and a special app has been developed to scan sails.
