Louis Luyten took classes in Piemonte, in the 'Academia Pizzaioli' of the ICIF International School of Italian Cuisine, and then worked for a while in Turin and Rome, in branches of 'Eataly', a renowned Italian delicacy chain. Back in Belgium he would like to let you enjoy his knowledge and skills as well as his love for real Italian pizza.
