Kinepolis Braine

A great venue for a conference

I enjoyed working with the Kinepolis in Braine to organize a scientific conference. All requests were met, and the participants were very happy with the venue. The cinemas offer very comfortable and functional auditoriums, and the catering area is large and bright.

Successful networking evening

At SuperNova, we seek out the best locations in Antwerp, and we certainly found them at WOLF. The location at the MAS is ideal and easily accessible for visitors. The range of different spaces makes it easy to organize a tailor-made event at WOLF; for us, that was a networking evening with food and drinks.
We are very satisfied with the pleasant contact with the people at WOLF and the prompt handling of our questions. They think along with us to find solutions and provided us with a great location.

Organising a congress and you are looking for an ideal congress venue?

A 'tailor-made' conference location is the way to go if you are going to organise a conference, symposium, seminar, or congress. Before you start, it is important to think about the ideal conference room. That is the key to a successful conference. Did you know that you achieve more results if you organise your conference in an inspiring environment? But how do you get started?

You start with a good plan in which you define your objectives and determine your target group. With a clear goal, you address your target group in a direct way. Then you start thinking about your conference location or conference venue. Of course, it must be big enough to receive everyone.
