Audiovisual Support World Cup Floral Art 2025
From August 28th to 31st, we were responsible for the audiovisual production during the World Cup Floral Art at the World Forum in The Hague. This international event brought together 24 floral artists from around the world to compete for the world title. It was a truly special production, where we meticulously managed the lighting, sound, and livestream for four days.
The hall featured large 85-inch screens, allowing visitors to watch the action on stage clearly. We also installed two additional 65-inch screens halfway down the hall to ensure clear visibility at the back.
For the livestream, we used multiple cameras, which provided a great overview of the stage. The atmosphere in the venue was enhanced by 24 battery-powered spotlights, allowing us to illuminate the walls and columns in any desired color. On stage, four directional spotlights provided good front and backlighting, ensuring everything was clearly visible, both for the audience in the venue and for viewers at home.
In an audiovisual production, high-quality sound is crucial. Nothing is more annoying than low volume, a malfunctioning microphone, or annoying beeping. We carefully crafted a sound plan in advance, perfectly tailored to the venue and the program. We provided the right sound equipment, resulting in clear speech intelligibility, regardless of your position. Our technical team was on hand 24/7 to ensure everything ran smoothly. Speakers received their headsets on time, equipment was checked, and adjustments were made immediately where necessary.
It was an audiovisual production we look back on with pride. Everything went smoothly, the technology was rock solid, and the collaboration with the organizers was pleasant. A great example of how we deliver customized audiovisual solutions for events where quality matters.

Van 28 tot en met 31 augustus waren we verantwoordelijk voor de audiovisuele productie tijdens de World Cup Floral Art in het World Forum in Den Haag. Een internationaal evenement waar 24 bloemsierkunstenaars uit de hele wereld samenkwamen om te strijden om de wereldtitel. Een bijzondere productie, waarbij we vier dagen lang het licht, geluid en de livestream tot in de puntjes hebben verzorgd.
In de zaal stonden grote 85-inch schermen waarop bezoekers scherp konden meekijken met wat er op het podium gebeurde. Halverwege de zaal hebben we twee extra 65-inch schermen geplaatst, zodat ook achterin de zaal goed zicht was.
Voor de livestream hebben we gewerkt met meerdere camera’s, wat een mooi overzicht gaf van het podium. De sfeer in de zaal werd versterkt met 24 accuspots waarmee we de wanden en kolommen in elke gewenste kleur konden aanlichten. Op het podium zorgden vier gerichte spots voor goed front- en tegenlicht, zodat alles goed zichtbaar was, zowel voor het publiek in de zaal als voor de kijkers thuis.
Bij een audiovisuele productie is het kwalitatief geluid van groot belang. Niets zo vervelend als te zacht geluid, een niet-werkende microfoon, of storende pieptonen. Voor het geluid hebben we vooraf een doordacht geluidsplan opgesteld dat perfect aansloot op de zaal en het programma. Gezorgd is voor de juiste geluidsapparatuur, met als resultaat een heldere spraakverstaanbaarheid, ongeacht waar je stond. Ons technische team was continu aanwezig om alles soepel te laten verlopen. Sprekers kregen op tijd hun headset, apparatuur werd gecheckt en waar nodig direct bijgestuurd.
Het was een audiovisuele productie waar we met trots op terugkijken. Alles liep soepel, de techniek stond als een huis en de samenwerking met de organisatie verliep prettig. Een mooi voorbeeld van hoe wij audiovisueel maatwerk leveren bij evenementen waar kwaliteit telt.
