Managing a large-scale event comes with critical safety challenges that cannot be left to chance. Overcrowding can escalate into a severe safety hazard within minutes, especially at bottlenecks, gates, main arenas, and emergency exits. Beyond the immediate physical risk to attendees, event organizers face strict licensing demands from police and emergency services to prove compliance with maximum capacity limits. Exceeding the approved capacity—or failing to provide authorities with reliable data in real time—can lead to an immediate event shutdown, causing enormous financial and reputational damage.

To provide a precise solution to these challenges, IseeYou Network and Security Solutions created the iCountYou system.

Unlike standard counting systems designed for retail stores and shopping malls—which often crash or deliver inaccurate data when overwhelmed by thousands of visitors—iCountYou was purpose-built from the ground up for the dynamic event industry. Our system is technologically engineered to handle massive simultaneous crowd flows, challenging lighting conditions, and multiple entry points. It delivers live, highly accurate, and reliable capacity data directly to the control room and event managers every fraction of a second, enabling proactive, informed decision-making to prevent disasters before they occur.

Don't leave your crowd safety and production success to estimates and guesswork.
