With Naturing Teams we are launching a new learning & development program for teams. This helps companies to map and improve the dynamics within their teams. The unique thing is that this five-day trajectory takes place entirely in nature.
The new 'Naturing Teams' program is a logical step in our evolution. Over the past ten years, we have invested a great deal of time in following courses at Centrum Open Mind about systemic working, ie about the functioning of people within their context. Two years ago, CEO Geert Debusschere also followed a Nature coaching course at the Forest & Nature Agency, which also fits in with the trend of more sustainability and ecology. Nature coaching is a form of guidance in which nature actually acts as a second coach, a mirror that is held up to people.
Connection
When the trainers of Agentschap Natuur en Bos switched to NextStep coaching, the time was right to connect systemic work and nature in a unique program for teams. “With 'Naturing Teams' we want to reconnect groups of people who work in the same company with themselves, with their team, with their company and objectives, and also arm them for dealing with a crisis. After all, a crisis is not only a threat, but also an opportunity. We now also see that with corona. People are reinventing themselves, and that offers opportunities for the future. ” The “Naturing teams” program is not only useful now in this crisis period, but also useful for companies at all times.
Five days in nature
Specifically, we offer a five-day program. This can be as five separate days, for example one supervision day per month, or as one consecutive five-day that may or may not take place residential. We start the process with an intake interview - preferably in nature - with the client. In it we look at what exactly they want to achieve. Based on this, we will then work out the program - which takes place entirely in nature - more specifically. We provide the necessary catering, sanitary facilities in the area and a base where people can take shelter in bad weather, but otherwise it is really the intention that we stay in nature all day.
Ready to go
At the moment, Ecco La Luna is of course still bound by the applicable corona rules. But companies do not have to hesitate to get in touch. The preparatory work can already be started and we can already offer alternative forms of support for companies that already wish to make a move towards greater connectivity. In addition, companies can also request financial support for 'Naturing Teams' through VLAIO's SME portfolio.
