Ecco La Luna offers many fun outdoor teambuildings in a winter outfit supplemented with a lot of cool indoor activities, workshops and incentives. It is therefore ideal to sharpen team spirit and develop interpersonal skills, even in cold, winter months. Below are some ideas from our wide range for a fun winter team day. These activities can be perfectly combined with a cozy winter barbecue, starting with a heart-warming mulled wine at our fire pits. All these activities are: rain & cold proof optional photo booth with green key technology. Choose from different backgrounds and always with specific attributes and a real photographer suitable for Halloween, Sinterklaas, Sint-Elooi, Christmas, New Year, après-ski. GRAFFITI Graffiti is as old as humanity, as long as we exist, we have been writing and drawing on the walls. However, modern graffiti only emerged in the early 1970s. It was sprayed on trains, walls and subways. Today it is seen everywhere. Not only in the city or in places where it is actually not allowed, but also in the museum and the advertising and fashion world. The graffiti workshop is original, creative and completely contemporary! The graffiti workshops act as a source of inspiration for the participants. Collaboration by the participants is important within the graffiti workshop: ultimately they work together or per team on one whole. After the basic techniques have been individually practiced, a theme, logo, phrase or slogan can be worked out together. By default we provide: Protective suit per participant Mouth mask per participant Painter's canvas per 2 to 3 participants We work on easels (to maximize comfort during the workshop - back hygiene) Use of high-quality graffiti spray cans https://www.eccolaluna.be/nl/teambuilding/graffiti/ 2. This intense activity is all about buying and selling in the stock market: focus on strategy, sales, competition and above all cooperation! Is your team taking risks on the fluctuating trading board and buying things at the lowest price, or are you playing it safe and going for smaller profit margins? Discover this new indoor team building. Armed with an iPad, you will look for clues, testimonials and clues that can lead to the perpetrator. With Augmented reality and Image recognition technology, you get closer to the truth step by step. Navigating an interactive map, you investigate the crime scene and try to gain the trust of the shocked witnesses. As you solve all kinds of questions during the investigation and try to successfully complete fun photo and video assignments, you collect more and more evidence so that you can - hopefully be the first - to identify the weapon, the motif and the murderer. Building with Domino appeals to the creativity, communication, concentration and cooperation ability of the participants. Moreover, the game perfectly embodies the risks, pressure and stress that often accompany collaboration in large groups and / or projects. The workshop perfectly stimulates experiential learning and is also just fun and exciting. https://www.eccolaluna.be/nl/teambuilding/domino-experience/ 3.7. INTERACTIVE QUIZ And speaking of exciting: how about an 'Interactive Quiz'? Everyone is involved in this unique (and very successful) quiz. The participants have to put their heads together and apply their knowledge on the most diverse subjects in a team. Each quiz round is played according to a different principle, which means that the score can look completely different after each round. Tablets are also used to go interactive and multimedia. ESCAPE TO VICTORY Escape to Victory is our unique mobile escape game concept. Each team will receive a large box that will gradually reveal its secrets. Once the box is opened, the clock will start counting down. By working together on puzzles, riddles and team assignments, the teams will discover how to defuse "The Crazy Scientist's bomb" before it's too late. https://www.eccolaluna.be/nl/teambuilding/escape-to-victory/ 3.11. COCKTAIL MYSTERY WORKSHOP The group is divided into groups of 8 people by Ecco La Luna. Each group is given a table that they will be able to work on later and a table of flipchart and markers. We start the workshop with a theoretical explanation about different spirits, liqueurs, about the importance of ice, the function of ice, the different techniques to make a cocktail, the importance of a good balance, the combination of flavors, the appeal of all senses, ... This explanation takes about 30 minutes, during which the bartender also makes a few cocktails. The guests always receive a miniature version of the cocktail that the bartender makes so that they can experience the flavors and textures for themselves. With this explanation and demonstrations, the guests can get started themselves. The groups have to invent, design and make a cocktail themselves. Each group will have 1 hour to experiment with different flavors, colors of drinks, techniques and decorations ... During this hour they will have to put the theoretical explanation into practice, but they will also need each other to do this after an hour. the perfect cocktail to present to the public jury. The groups will make, taste and drink different cocktails. They are supposed to adjust the cocktail until it is completely perfect. So per group between 5 and 10 cocktails will be made to achieve perfection. They end with the presentation of 1 cocktail to the public jury, who will judge the cocktails on taste, balance, presentation, color, ... The winning group will receive a prize, which can be provided by Ecco la luna. The groups can 'serve themselves' at some buffets in the hall. The first buffet features all kinds of different glasses, cups and containers from which guests can choose to serve their cocktail. The second buffet is a buffet that will be full of different drinks, liqueurs, juices, syrups, ... Here guests will find everything from vodka to cava and from lime juice to violet syrup. The third buffet will be filled with fresh ingredients. Fresh fruits, herbs and vegetables will be at the disposal of the groups. However, there are some items that will be unique to each group. There is a 'mystery box' on each table. This box contains some 'special' ingredients that only that group will receive. Chocolate, chili pepper, cocoa powder, tomato, coriander, thyme, ginger, ... These ingredients are riskier to use in a cocktail, but if used properly, they will score points with the jury. After the hour, the groups must present their cocktail to the bartender and the people's jury, they must also provide 1 cup of their cocktail for each other group. The other groups each taste and give points out of ten on a point marker. The points of the public jury and the bartender are added together. https://www.eccolaluna.be/nl/teambuilding/cocktail-mystery-workshop/

1. OUTDOOR

1.1. CHRISTMAS EXPLORER

https://www.eccolaluna.be/nl/teambuilding/christmas-explorer/

1.4. GRAFFITI

Tegenwoordig ziet men het overal terug.

https://www.eccolaluna.be/nl/teambuilding/moordmysterie/

3.3. LEVEL UP

https://www.eccolaluna.be/nl/teambuilding/level-up/

3.4. BESTE CHOCOLADE

https://www.eccolaluna.be/nl/teambuilding/drones-workshop/

3.6. DOMINO EXPERIENCE

https://www.eccolaluna.be/nl/teambuilding/domino-experience/

3.7. INTERACTIEVE QUIZ

https://www.eccolaluna.be/nl/teambuilding/interactieve-quiz/

3.8. VOLKSSPELEN

https://www.eccolaluna.be/nl/teambuilding/casino-xl/

3.10. ESCAPE TO VICTORY

Escape to Victory is ons uniek mobiel escape-game concept.

https://www.eccolaluna.be/nl/teambuilding/escape-to-victory/

3.11. COCKTAIL MYSTERY WORKSHOP

Fun, impactful, memorable

We had a fantastic experience working with Ecco La Luna for our recent team building event. From the start, they listened attentively to our wishes and translated them into a perfectly tailored day. The location and activities were spot-on, reflecting a deep understanding of our team's needs and preferences.
Thanks to their thoughtful organization, the entire day ran smoothly and was thoroughly enjoyed by all participants. The feedback from our colleagues was unanimously positive — everyone left feeling energized and connected.
Highly recommended for any team looking for a professional, creative, and responsive event partner!

Team Building Team Challenges

We had done the Team Challenges with our team on the grounds of Martin's Rentmeesterij. It was a very nice day with fun team activities. Ecco La Luna was very flexible in organizing the challenges and took into account the expectations of our colleagues. Definitely recommended!

Smooth, nice and flexible

Although the organization of a multilingual team building is not always easy, it went smoothly at Ecco La Luna. Our specific wishes were taken into account, there was smooth contact prior to the event and the activities themselves were experienced by our team members as amusing, varied and very accessible for every physical level. The team dynamics have certainly become closer.

Another successful team building!

We know from the past that working with Ecco La Luna just works well. No standard package, but we respond personally to the needs of the customer. Adjusting activities is absolutely no problem. This time we opted for a 'Trip around the world' with our colleagues. On the day itself, it is still possible to switch gears to make it as pleasant as possible for everyone. Had good comments from colleagues afterwards. Again worth repeating!

Customized personal service.

Very pleasant conversations from the first contact. It is clear that ECCO La LUNA has a lot of experience with teambuilding. The wishes of the customer are listened to and a proposal is drawn up in close consultation. As the date gets closer, everything will be fine-tuned down to the last detail. The biggest difference with the other agencies that I wrote to was that I was able to experience a really personal approach at ECCO La LUNA. We were not a 'number'. Also on the day itself everything went very smoothly and as agreed. The colleagues were able to experience a great team building experience and it was more than successful in all respects.

Team Building - Crack the Code

We had fun teambuilding and received a lot of good feedback from our colleagues.
they let us discover the city of Deinze in a cool way and the game was very accessible to everyone.
Afterwards we were able to laugh with some photos and videos that the teams had to make during the assignments.
Had very good communication with Els from Ecco La Luna. To be repeated!

Another great afternoon!

I don't know how many times we asked Ecco La Luna to organize a team building activity for us but it was another success! This time we wanted a creative activity and Ecco La Luna suggested sculpting from marl. Even though our request came very late, Ecco La Luna still provided a top location, a very good teacher and they took our wishes into account. Under the guidance of Jens we had a very nice afternoon, we let our creativity run free and as a team we made a nice work of art that will remain in our office as a permanent souvenir. As always, everything was professionally arranged by Ecco La Luna and communication was very smooth!

Very nice experience!

At the end of the year, we wanted to bring the team together around a common activity. The virtual game was a first for everyone and we loved it. It took a little time at the start to get to grips with the app (5 / 10min) but once started, you are quickly in the game, in the competition. We laughed a lot and that was the hoped-for goal. Els & amp; Hans were super responsive in setting up this event. Hans even took his time to do a little demo. Super friendly team, I recommend!

The mole

A few weeks ago we were allowed to be pampered by the team of Ecco la luna. Full of expectations (ok, admittedly, some were even nervous) we started our fun team building day. The day was very well organized, we were divided into two groups to work together, or not and of course to expose the mole! Because the games were really varied and accessible, everyone on the team could participate and be completely absorbed in the game. The denouement on the boats was very nice and provided a nice ending on which a lot could be talked about.
It soon became clear, the general thickened was: It was a great day!
Thank you so much for the nice experience, it brought us a little closer together again in these bizarre times.
What I personally experienced as a big plus in our collaboration is the flexibility with which you work. We, as the organizing team, had some ideas and you integrated them nicely into your game. Super!

See you again!

Moles spotted in the provincial domain of Bergelen

Our first team building was immediately a first challenge, given that we are an activity for men and women, young and old, Dutch and French-speaking and sporty and less sporty colleagues. The Mole of Ecco La Luna is a bull's eye. Even with our first questions, we were welcomed in a friendly and professional manner by Els, the preparation and the team building itself were provided by Tim and co in an inspiring and passionate way. There was nothing to be said about it, it was experienced by everyone as a fantastic experience. Thank you for organizing this fantastic experience.

collaboration with Ecco La Luna was TOP!

As an event planner I organize an annual fair for my client. In addition, we are always looking for fun entertainment for the visitors. We thought a done workshop would be fun ... and this was a hit. Everyone knows it, but few had already worked with it. The employees of Ecco la Luna were very professional, friendly and spontaneous. This ensured a nice contact with the visitors and partly because of this everyone lingered around the fair a bit longer! Setup successful! Thank you Team Ecco La Luna and see you next time! Nice team building for a small group. Being able to laugh and move a lot at the same time.
Just a pity that assignments had nothing to do with the location. That would have made it even better!

Feedback from Ecco La Luna on this review:

Hey Mundo thanks for the nice response. Playing with custom assignments is perfect, but unfortunately not with the Spy game, but with our city explorer or crack the code. Maybe an idea for a next event? Happy Christmas anyway. MvG Geert

We were there with colleagues from HQ in Belgium and our branch in Russia, so it was certainly important that team building is just as fun for the Belgian as the Russian colleagues. Last week we at Ecco La Luna launched our new website. On this site you will find a complete overview of all our coaching, team building and events. With a clear division into categories, the new site acts as a handy guide that guides you through Ecco La Luna's offering.

Last week we at Ecco La Luna launched our new website. On this site you will find a complete overview of all our coaching, team building and events. With a clear division into categories, the new site acts as a handy guide that guides you through Ecco La Luna's offering.

Our manager, Geert Debusschere, explains why we chose this new website. "On the one hand, we thought it was time to give our website a new, refreshing look. On the other hand, it was important for us to highlight our coaching offer much more. In recent years we have provided more and more coaching, and we wanted to make this offer clearer. putting forward."

Coachings in six themes

On our new website we have divided the team coaching offered into six themes. "Diversity and Inclusion and Connecting communication and collaboration are our two main themes. We also offer coaching within the themes of Leadership, Empower your Team and Mission, vision and values, where we like to use different art forms. Finally, we offer coaching under the theme Nurturing teams & individuals."

Experiential learning

Our approach is always the same for the six themes. "We always rely on experiential learning. This means that we let people experience things, and based on that experience we try to anchor the experience gained in new insights and possibly also new behavior. With the themes 'Leadership' and 'Empower your team' We also like to work with organizational setups, sometimes working with horses. We also like to go into nature, with nature and the forest as an additional coaching framework. Our team coaching offering will also be central during our participation in the VOV Fair on Tuesday 4 June in ICC Ghent."

Teambuildings

The innovations on our website go further than just the coaching story. "We have also reworked our team building offering and divided it into ten categories: City Games, Workshops, Sustainable and Social, Challenge your team, Building together, Let's move, Explore nature, Break your brain, Spice up your event, and Online. Behind the scenes We have also worked on better search engine optimization and a better link with social media. This means that our website is ready for the coming years," says Geert Debusschere of Ecco La Luna.

nl

Coachings in zes thema's

In the year of the 2024 Olympic Games, Ecco La Luna introduces an innovative concept called Street Olympics, which can bring the Olympic atmosphere to different cities and environments. Street Olympics is a unique team building experience with an Olympic twist, where sportswear is optional.

The interactive Street Olympics game is designed for groups of 5 to more than 1,000 participants and uses Ecco La Luna's Mobile Adventures app, the same app used for the agency's online team building events and city games. "The idea is that teams of 5 to 6 people explore the area," says Hans Vanooteghem of Ecco La Luna. "This can vary from a city, a park or even indoor locations. During the exploration, participants unlock various questions and assignments related to both historical and modern Olympic Games. It includes a mix of trivia questions and creative assignments that focus on interaction with the environment For example, an assignment could be to create a synchronized swimming choreography, with the location being a fountain or pond nearby. It is up to the participants to be creative with what the location has to offer."

The photos and videos taken are sent directly to the game master for live review. "Teams can see each other's progress in the app and follow the scores of others, which strengthens the competition. However, in the last half hour the scores are hidden to keep the showdown exciting. After one or two hours - depending on the duration chosen - all teams come back together in one location. The closing can vary depending on the location. For example, in a hotel we can project a selection of photos and videos. We also always offer an online gallery where participants can easily share their images. The highlight is of course the announcement of the final results, with the winners receiving an appropriate reward."

Street Olympics offers the flexibility to be adapted to the customer's wishes. "It is a formula that focuses more on creativity than physical effort. It is not about speed, but about having a good time together and being creative. It is seen as a relaxing activity that is suitable for everyone. We have an extensive standard game that can be played anywhere, but we are happy to adapt the assignments to the customer's wishes and the possibilities of the environment. Teams can play the game on their own smartphones, but we can also provide iPads if desired," concludes Hans Vanooteghem.

Ecco La Luna & Bike & Outdoor Sport-Center join forces

24 October 2023

We are pleased to announce our new collaboration with the Bike & Outdoor Sport-Center (BOS-Center)!

What started as a meeting at an inspiring information evening organized by Visit Limburg grew into a shared passion for creating unforgettable moments during team building events.
