Alychlo takes a majority stake in the Ghent people agency MaisonRouge. Alychlo's business expertise will help MaisonRouge take new steps in the company's ambitious plans in the coming years.

Since the foundation of MaisonRouge in 2008, the company has grown under the wings of founder Olivier Saverys and his team into a leading and valued supplier of hospitality personnel. As a people agency, MaisonRouge invests in training and guiding its crew. In addition to a student job, they can also come to MaisonRouge for workshops, inspiration sessions and coaching. With the result, the good performance of the MaisonRouge crew does not go unnoticed. Thanks to the hard work and enthusiasm of both the permanent team and the crew, MaisonRouge has been voted best people agency for the past 5 years.

In recent years, MaisonRouge has built up a sustainable partnership with many renowned event agencies, including Meet Marcel, Fast Forward Events and DM&S. But caterers and culinary events such as Fourchette, the awarding of the Michelin stars or Mise en Plage also call on the trained MaisonRouge crew. There is a large presence at the festivals with, among other things, activations at all major Belgian festivals and also more than 300 MaisonRougers at the first edition of Tomorrowland Winter in Alpe d'Huez. In the sports world there are long-term collaborations with several 1A football clubs.

From now on MaisonRouge can also call on the knowledge, expertise and network that Alychlo has built up over the years in both general business operations and in the specific entertainment and hospitality world. It is therefore the ambition to take steps forward together and to take on new challenges. Of course, the solid foundation within hospitality remains central to the operation of MaisonRouge.

Possible synergies within the group that create a win-win situation for both parties in terms of personnel will be examined. There will be training courses in new fields in addition to hospitality so that the MaisonRouge crew can add value to customers there too, while gaining additional experience at the same time. Initially, there will be training courses and student jobs for young people with an interest in sales, social media or administrative support. Alychlo is also actively looking for opportunities to help young people further develop their potential.

Olivier Saverys will initially stay on as manager of MaisonRouge and help guide the transition to a new CEO. Afterwards, he will take on a role as responsible for the leisure portfolio of Alychlo, of which MaisonRouge will also be a part.

In the future, MaisonRouge will remain a home for all young people who are looking for a student job with added value. For its customers, MaisonRouge remains a loyal people partner, accessible, committed and personally connected. We are determined to continue on our chosen path, supplemented with new impulses and the well-known Big Smile.
