The Eventroom offers you a state-of-the-art infrastructure in a modern and trendy interior. Event room is a modern room of 350 m2 with a spacious patio, a fully equipped closed kitchen, a workable bar, sound system and ample parking. We can always work personalized. Furniture, sound & light, lounge elements, decoration, video & projection, catering, ... you remain completely free in the latter. You have a free choice of caterer, but we can highly recommend our in-house caterers Eetclusief and Horecatoppers. The Eventroom offers the opportunity to take care of your receptions in detail. We have developed a very transparent formula for this. You can also rent other party materials through us: lounge furniture, LED counters, round or rectangular tables, chairs, bar stools, standing tables with stretch covers or the more modern cubes, disco bar, mood, work and dance lights, decoration in 70 different themes, stages , truss constructions, video and/or projection, ... The Eventroom is located in rural Sint-Amands in the province of Antwerp, on the right bank of the Scheldt. It is part of the Klein-Brabant region and is centrally located in the Brussels-Ghent-Antwerp triangle.

Wedding party 6/9/2025
A FANTASTIC PARTY that will be forever etched in our memories. We were showered with positive comments from friends, family, and colleagues about how Tom and Marijke handled the beautiful decorations in the hall. The live pianist during our reception was also head and shoulders above the rest. The food provided by Eetclusief was, once again, delicious. In short, the perfect place for any kind of party…EVENTROOM in SINT-AMANDS!

Anniversary party
On October 11th, we celebrated our anniversary party at Eventroom. It was a unique experience: the banquet hall was beautifully decorated, the reception was fantastic, and the food was delicious and well-prepared.
We highly recommend this venue for an unforgettable party.

Great wedding party
More than 2 years after our wedding during corona, we gave our wedding party for our friends and family in the event room. It was a blast and this was partly due to Tom's expertise! He knew how to translate our wishes and ideas perfectly. The room was beautifully decorated. The snacks, drinks, cocktails, pizzas,... very good and the service very professional. We really enjoyed it and had no worries before, during or after our party. Full confidence in this team!

We immediately fell in love with Eventroom! When we first viewed the room, everything was ready for a wedding party for another couple. It immediately made us dream of our wedding. The enthusiasm and passion with which Tom & Marijke take us into this story was contagious! Without a doubt we chose Eventroom and that turned out to be more than a bull's eye on our most beautiful day! Everything was arranged down to the last detail, the room was exactly as we had in mind, even more so. We opted for the in-house caterer and even when it turned out that we had made a counting error, Tom was ready with his mobile phone to solve this for us. For the next big party, there is only 1 partner for us to work with and that is Eventroom. Go watch and be inspired and enchanted and enjoy a top performance!

Only praise for Eventroom! Our wedding party was great thanks to them! They thought about the elaboration and were ready to answer questions about organization and design. The room was beautifully decorated! The service was super friendly and very helpful!!! Highly recommended!!

We were looking for a nice location for our wedding party. After our visit we were immediately sold. The help and tips, as well as the care of our wedding party were also TOP! Thank you for making our party a MAGIC party! We knew what we wanted and Eventroom made sure we got what we wanted. Our wishes were not obvious, but Eventroom fulfilled them all! During the wedding party itself we only enjoyed ourselves and we didn't have to worry about anything.
Even at the last minute you continued to assist us with advice and deed. On that one day in October we will look back with a big smile every year! Thank you very much Tom and Marijke!

40 Years - Cuba Party
As 4 40ers we were looking for a location to celebrate our tram 4.
We ended up at Eventroom.
It was a great collaboration for us, because Eventroom offers not only the hall but so much more:
dressing - with us the theme was Cuba
Drinks - all about Cuba
Music - DJ of the house
Thanks to this collaboration, it was easy for us to start our party without any worries.
This was more than a success :-)

Wedding party April 2023 - Bart & Daisy
we were very satisfied with the cooperation with Tom for the planning of our wedding party. You knew very well in advance what you could choose and what the price tag would be. So you will not be faced with any surprises. Our room was finished to perfection, the bar staff was sublime and super friendly. After the party, the family and colleagues were also full of praise for the organization of our party. As a couple we really had a very relaxed evening, everything was arranged for us, so we were able to fully enjoy the nicely decorated room and our guests!

We had to postpone our wedding a few times because of corona. This was never a problem for Tom & Marijke. Everything was negotiable with them. But really everything. On the day itself, they helped ensure that everything was taken care of down to the last detail. 20th wedding anniversary
On July 13, 2019, we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. We wanted to throw a big party because we couldn't have done that 20 years ago. And what a party it turned out to be. Marijke and Tom understood perfectly what we wanted. The decoration was everything we wanted and more. The ceremony for the renewal of our vows was held outside and there too everything was taken care of down to the last detail and completely thought to us! Really amazing. And when it started to drip, everything was ready in a flash to receive us.
The DJ they recommended to us matched well with what we were looking for and they danced until we almost dropped. Never short of booze. And everything perfectly managed by Tom & amp; Marijke! Really magnificent. They also took ample time in advance to listen to our wishes and ideas, to show us the room and to explain everything. I couldn't have dreamed it better! Tom & amp; Marijke & amp; Eventroom are great! Keep on doing. Now 2.5 years later, we still dream back to this beautiful day.
