At ESPAIGENT you will find four rooms for meetings, training courses, presentations and events for 1 to 80 people.
At Tuinwijklaan 75, you'll find the LUMINA room, an ideal space for individual work or small meetings for up to six people. Perfect for clear thinking and focus.
At Krijgslaan 38 you will find three other halls:
- NOVA room for 5 to 15 people - share ideas and innovate: let your creative energy flow during workshops and brainstorming sessions for up to 15 people.
- VIVA room for 10 to 20 people - recharge and connect: coffee breaks, breakouts, or informal chats – this is where the best ideas emerge between sessions.
- ARENA room for 15 to 80 people - inspire and present: light, green and flexible, perfect for keynotes, team building and meetings for up to 80 people.
Almost every organization that visits here once uses the room again later thanks to the optimal (digital) equipment, cozy decor and easy accessibility.
ESPAIGENT turned out to be the perfect location for our team meeting. Within walking distance of the station, creatively decorated, and well-equipped. And importantly, it had great coffee. We'll definitely be back.
The concept is fun. You largely determine how everything works. You can freely adjust the room's layout. There's a code to access the venue. There's a demo video explaining how everything works, which is very helpful. It's also nice that someone is present, as it was our first time booking this venue.
The organizer handled the event very professionally. We received several catering suggestions.
