BED

BED is the perfect location for a successful party. With a dance floor (including DJ and light installation), a café area and a lounge room, BED has all the assets in hand. Numerous parties have already taken place here (birthday, afterwork, disco, carnival, New Year's Eve,...). A major advantage of BED is that it already feels pleasantly busy with approximately 50 people, while 3 times as many people can enter.

We look at the best setup for each event in terms of tables, bar stools and seats. The system is simple: BED provides the drinks (receipts possible), the organizer can bring their own snacks or other catering (we don't interfere). For drinks sales of €500 or more (almost every party), the room rental is only €200 (instead of €350). Included in the rent: cleaning before and after, use of lighting and DJ system (2 x CDJ Nexus 2000 + DJM-800 mixer), bar service, Sabam (unless you request entrance, in which case Sabam will charge an allowance).

TOP LOCATION » a few meters from Sint-Pietersplein (Ghent), 2 minutes' drive from the motorway exit

PARKING » the underground car park of Sint-Pietersplein is the cheapest in Ghent and there is almost always space; or on the street nearby (orange zone, pay until 11pm)

PUBLIC TRANSPORT » within walking distance of Gent-Sint-Pieters train station (15 minutes); bus stops around the corner

TAXI » there is a taxi stand literally on the doorstep
