Etat Nature

Etat Nature is a countryside venue and collection of unique stays in Magnières, Lorraine, created for organisers who want events with charm and character. Set by a fishing pond beside an old village station, the domain blends nature with comfort and offers a welcoming base for weddings, meetings and private celebrations.

For hire, the guinguette provides an intimate indoor space for roughly fifty seated, ideal for dinners, briefings or small receptions. Outside, a marquee can host larger gatherings of up to around 150 guests, supported by terraces and lawns for ceremonies, aperitifs and outdoor activities. Event planners can rely on practical amenities including Wi‑Fi, screen and projector, TV, printer and paperboard, with flexible room layouts to suit workshops, conferences or team days.

Accommodation is part of the appeal. Guests can stay on site in a mix of unusual lodgings, from transparent bubbles and a cabin on stilts to a tiny house, a themed family gîte and a lakeside tipi, with around 35 beds available and extra capacity via a partner hotel a short drive away. A private jacuzzi session can be added for relaxation.

Catering is tailored to each brief, from country‑style menus using local produce to informal plancha or rotisserie options. Activities such as games, creative workshops and entertainment can be curated on request.
