Timothy T. Day Business Enterprise Center

The Timothy T. Day Business Enterprise Center is a flexible event and conference venue on the campus of Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma. It provides practical, adaptable spaces for organisers planning business meetings, conferences, seminars, training sessions, workshops, banquets, wedding receptions and private celebrations.

The centre includes several rooms designed for different event formats and group sizes. Redbud Hall is the main auditorium and can accommodate larger gatherings, with seating layouts suitable for theatre presentations, classroom sessions, banquets, round-table dining and receptions. It is equipped with audiovisual facilities, wireless internet, projection capability, microphones and Zoom conferencing support, making it suitable for presentations, hybrid meetings and speaker-led programmes.

For smaller groups, the Mesquite Room works well for training days, breakout sessions and meetings, while the Oak Room offers a more intimate setting for executive discussions or small working groups. An outdoor deck adds an alternative space for weather-permitting receptions and informal gatherings, with a kitchenette and connections for television displays and sound equipment. The lobby can be used for registration, guest directions, handouts and event wayfinding.

Organisers can reserve individual rooms or hire the full centre, allowing the layout and facilities to be matched to the occasion. A technician is available for event support, including adjustments to sound, lighting, projection and laptops. Kitchen access can also be arranged, while catering may be provided through authorised catering partners.
