The purpose-built conference centre can accommodate up to 200 people across a selection of adaptable rooms. The larger conference room seats up to 100 people, or up to 120 for a reception or exhibition. A second conference room can host up to 50 people, while two smaller meeting rooms are suitable for groups of around 30 and 40 people. Room layouts can be arranged to suit meetings, training sessions, networking events, workshops, presentations and conferences.

Organisers can request practical event equipment including microphones with induction loops, projectors, flip charts, televisions, video facilities, laptops, internet access and photocopying. Light refreshments such as tea, coffee, soft drinks, mineral water and biscuits can also be arranged, while organisers are welcome to make their own catering arrangements.
