The Conference Center at SEA provides a practical and well-connected setting for meetings, conferences, training sessions, workshops and corporate events in the Seattle area. Located inside Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, the facility is positioned before security on the mezzanine level, making it easy for local attendees and travelling delegates to reach without needing a boarding pass.

The venue has five individual meeting rooms, along with larger combined spaces created by opening adjoining rooms. Capacity ranges from small meetings for just a few people through to larger conferences, presentations and receptions for approximately 200 guests or more, depending on the layout. Available spaces include the Tokyo, Seoul, Amsterdam, London and Beijing rooms, as well as the International A, International B and International Auditorium configurations.

Each room is designed for professional event use, with built-in projection, screens, computers, microphones, podiums, audio conferencing facilities, dedicated Wi-Fi and presentation equipment. Flipcharts, power supplies, name cards and water stations are also provided. Additional technical and office services can be arranged when required.

Event organisers can request a tailored proposal based on room choice and booking duration. Pricing is structured as a flat room rental, with many essential amenities included. The venue also offers complimentary parking validation for eligible airport garage parking. Food and beverage services are provided exclusively by ACT 3 Catering, which offers seasonal menus and options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free requirements. With direct access to airport facilities, public transport and nearby parking, the centre is particularly suited to efficient fly-in meetings and business gatherings.
