Garden Space PDX

Garden Space PDX is a flexible indoor gathering space in Portland’s Old Town, suitable for organisers planning community events, workshops, creative sessions and private celebrations. The room can accommodate up to 120 people under its stated legal capacity, with around 80 suggested for a seated arrangement. Its open layout gives organisers room to shape the space around the occasion, whether that means a seated gathering, a workshop or a more informal reception.

The venue provides chairs and a range of round, rectangular, wooden and cocktail tables. For presentations or music, there is a sound system and a large television with HDMI connection, as well as Wi-Fi. A small kitchen counter is available for event use, although cooking equipment and a refrigerator are not provided. Organisers can bring in their own food, and outside food vendors may be used subject to the venue’s requirements. The space also has two general-use bathrooms, with wheelchair-accessible access at the main entrance and bathrooms.

Bookings are handled through an online venue-booking platform, with the venue sharing access and practical set-up and closing instructions for the event. A nearby paid parking lot and metered street parking offer options for guests arriving by car. Garden Space PDX also functions as a prayer room and urban community space, hosting creative and community-focused gatherings.
