The Gersfeld Town Hall offers event spaces for conferences, congresses, workshops, lectures, exhibitions, banquets, and celebrations. The centerpiece is the 707-square-meter hall, which can accommodate up to 700 people depending on the seating arrangement. A flexible stage and modern conference technology support lectures, presentations, and stage performances. For smaller events, the 191-square-meter community hall is available, which can accommodate up to 150 people and offers flexible seating arrangements.

The halls are complemented by additional rooms, a gallery, and a spacious foyer. The gallery is suitable for receptions, openings, and exhibitions, while a smaller office can be used as a meeting room or event space. Natural light, Wi-Fi, a screen, a projector, a microphone and sound system, and presentation materials are all available. The rooms are wheelchair accessible and can be set up to suit any occasion.

The town hall is located next to the castle park in Gersfeld. A conservatory, a terrace, and outdoor areas are also available for breaks and receptions.
