In the heart of the Nièvre region, this reception venue welcomes weddings, family celebrations, and corporate events in a natural setting bordered by ponds and forest. The spaces can accommodate various highlights of the day, from the cocktail reception to the meal and then the evening festivities. The entire estate can be rented, allowing organizers to bring their guests together on a single site and adapt the use of the rooms to their schedule.

The main hall, constructed of wood, features a kitchen dedicated to caterers and can accommodate up to 150 seated guests. A second, smaller hall connects to it and provides access to a 72 m² terrace overlooking the ponds. Depending on the desired layout, this room can host a buffet, a cocktail reception, or a dance floor. An additional room is also located in one of the cottages. Teams can therefore plan for multiple spaces for meals, meetings, or other activities during their event.

For weddings and private parties, guests can extend their stay in the cottages scattered throughout the estate, which offer up to 90 beds. A treehouse with a terrace also provides unique accommodation for the bride and groom. Organizers are free to choose their own caterer, DJ, and other service providers, and can bring their own beverages.

The site also hosts residential seminars and team meetings. Equipped meeting rooms, on-site accommodation, and walks around the ponds and in the forest allow for a program combining work, relaxation, and outdoor activities.
