The Commons Event Center

The Commons Event Center is a flexible venue in Fort Myers, Florida, offering a range of indoor and outdoor spaces for organisers planning weddings, receptions, celebrations, meetings and creative productions. Its auditorium is the largest space, with seating for up to 250 guests in rows or 150 at tables. Audio-visual facilities are available, making it suitable for presentations and larger gatherings as well as social occasions.

For smaller events, organisers can choose from a café space, a conference room for up to 15 people and a meeting room that accommodates up to 50. The café can also be combined with the auditorium when a larger layout is needed. Outside, a courtyard provides an open-air setting for receptions and smaller parties. There is also a warehouse space for productions, larger photo or film shoots, and temporary event storage.

A catering kitchen is available for event vendors to prepare and serve meals, giving organisers the option to work with their chosen suppliers. The venue’s mix of room sizes and settings means it can accommodate different formats, from a business meeting or workshop to a wedding celebration or private reception. Organisers can contact the venue to ask about pricing, arrange a viewing and discuss which spaces suit their plans.
