Located in the Saint-Cyprien district of Toulouse, the San Subra hall is a community space available for rent for meetings and gatherings organized by associations, individuals, businesses, or government agencies. Its primary purpose is to host meetings, including political meetings. Other activities may be considered, subject to their compatibility with the venue's technical and safety requirements.

The room has a surface area of 77 m² and can accommodate up to 64 people seated without tables, or 40 people with tables. It is therefore suitable for group meetings, presentations, workshops, and gatherings of moderate size. The available equipment includes tables and chairs, a video projector with screen, a sound system, three wireless microphones, a whiteboard, and Wi-Fi. Possible configurations and equipment usage should be verified according to the project and the organizer's needs.

The venue is accessible daily from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., subject to availability and acceptance of the request. Reservations are mandatory and must be made well in advance, with the town hall generally indicating a three-week processing time. Organizers are responsible for setup and takedown, and must allow sufficient time for cleaning. A prior inspection of the technical and safety facilities is mandatory. The venue is located near the Saint-Cyprien metro station and several bus stops. Cooking and the use of cooking or heating appliances are not permitted.
