Loula's Loft

Loula’s Loft is a private event room above Darlin’s Diner in downtown Flatonia, Texas. It offers organisers an intimate space for gatherings of up to 50 guests, with a two-hour minimum hire and hourly room rental. The loft can suit smaller celebrations, social gatherings and business occasions where a private setting and food options in one location are useful.

Organisers can arrange breakfast or lunch spreads through the diner. Breakfast choices include items such as mini pancakes, waffles, biscuits, quiche, bacon, fruit and breakfast tacos. Lunch options include sandwiches, mini cheeseburgers, salads, quiche and chips. A mimosa bar is also available, with several juice flavours. Those planning to bring their own food or alcoholic drinks can ask about the applicable arrangements and fees when booking.

The room has one restroom and is reached by stairs, so it is important to consider access needs when deciding whether the space is suitable for guests. Children must be accompanied. A cleaning fee applies, and a deposit is required to reserve a date and time. The venue’s booking page provides the current hire details and menu choices, while the diner’s team can discuss event requirements and availability. Its location on East South Main Street places the loft within Flatonia’s historic downtown, making it a convenient option for a small local celebration, gathering or meeting.
