Make it Factory

Make it Factory offers flexible spaces for organisers planning gatherings in downtown Ashburn, Georgia. Its main venue at 123 E College Avenue is an adaptable room suited to celebrations, workshops, meetings, performances and other private or community occasions. Organisers can book a half-day or full day, with tables, chairs, a speaker and microphone included. The room is air-conditioned and heated, and guest parking is available. A kitchen area has a refrigerator, sink and worktop for food preparation, although there is no stove. Additional services, including on-site staffing, photography and linens, can be requested when arranging a booking.

The venue is part of a small creative campus, with a second rentable space, Studio 1A, next door at 125 E College Avenue. Studio 1A can be booked for a full event, or paired with the main venue for a larger gathering. Depending on the booking, the space can be arranged with a dance floor, while its production facilities also accommodate photo, video and recording sessions. These options give organisers flexibility to choose a straightforward room hire or combine spaces for an event with more room and a distinctive creative setting.

Bookings are requested through the business, which reviews event details and confirms availability. The venue offers both half-day and full-day rental options, and prospective organisers can arrange a tour before making a decision. Make it Factory is a practical choice for people seeking an adaptable local space for a celebration, workshop, meeting or other gathering, with basic furniture and sound equipment ready on arrival.
