The Venue at Evans Orchard

The Venue at Evans Orchard is a countryside event venue on a family-run farm in Georgetown, Kentucky. Its renovated tobacco barn and surrounding grounds provide a setting for weddings, private celebrations and corporate gatherings, with indoor and outdoor areas that organisers can shape around their plans. The venue is especially suited to couples looking for a barn wedding with a polished, welcoming feel and room to celebrate both inside and outdoors.

The property includes a barn reception space, a patio with festoon lighting and open lawn areas that can be used for ceremonies, drinks and informal activities. Bridal and groom’s dressing suites, temperature-controlled toilets, a catering kitchen and on-site parking are part of the facilities. The orchard also provides a scenic backdrop for wedding-party and engagement photographs. Organisers can arrange a private visit by appointment to see the space and discuss their requirements.

Wedding bookings are offered on selected weekdays and weekends, with options ranging from a time-limited rental to a full-day celebration. Venue hire includes tables and chairs, furniture placement for the ceremony and reception, and access to selected on-site furnishings. Couples may bring their own licensed and insured caterer, as the venue does not provide food catering. Bar service is available through the venue, and additional furnishings, linens and décor can be arranged as optional extras. An event manager can assist with site visits and planning details.

The venue also welcomes corporate and other private events, although its published packages focus primarily on weddings. Its rural location, adaptable event areas and practical facilities make it a useful option for organisers seeking a distinctive farm setting near Georgetown and Lexington.
