2 Route du Clos du Loup, 31180 Castelmaurou, France

In Castelmaurou, about fifteen minutes from the center of Toulouse, the Domaine de Preissac offers spaces for rent for weddings, private receptions, and corporate events. The site comprises a renovated château and a converted sheepfold, nestled in the heart of a 136-hectare wooded park. This setting blends characterful buildings, contemporary rooms, and views of the surrounding green spaces.

The various rooms are suitable for a range of formats, from meetings and seminars to conventions, conferences, product launches, and large receptions. Their layout can be adapted to the planned agenda and the number of participants. The château notably features a 460-seat auditorium, while other spaces allow teams to be divided into meeting rooms or breakout rooms. Audiovisual equipment is available to support presentations and working sessions.

For weddings, the estate offers a large reception hall and a conservatory suitable for a cocktail reception. A pine-lined driveway can also serve as a backdrop for an outdoor ceremony. Furniture, heating, air conditioning, and a separate area for caterers are among the amenities included in this package. The estate also hosts private events and corporate activities, with a team on hand to assist organizers with the practical preparations for their day.

Located near the ring road, the venue is accessible from Toulouse-Blagnac Airport and Matabiau train station. Free parking for 600 vehicles is available on site, making it easy to accommodate guests and participants.
