Truitt Vanderbilt Club

Truitt Vanderbilt Club is a historic Georgian-style house in LaGrange, Georgia, available for weddings, receptions, private celebrations and corporate gatherings. Built in 1914, the property combines period character with a choice of indoor rooms, outdoor areas and overnight accommodation, giving organisers options for both intimate occasions and larger get-togethers.

The Grand Hall can host ceremonies, dinners, showers and other celebrations, while adjoining rooms can be used to create additional dining or gathering space. The Lafayette Dining Room suits board meetings and formal meals, with presentation facilities and access to a catering preparation kitchen. Conway’s Terrace offers a relaxed bar and lounge setting, and the Great Lawn provides a green outdoor setting for garden parties and receptions, with room for a tent. Couples can also make use of the house and grounds for wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners and showers. Organisers may bring their own suppliers, and the venue can recommend local event professionals.

For business groups, the house offers meeting rooms, an executive boardroom and breakout areas, with Wi-Fi, presentation screens and audiovisual facilities. It can accommodate company meetings, leadership retreats, workshops, networking receptions and celebratory dinners. Four guest suites are available to rent, including a bridal suite, so hosts can offer overnight stays on site for wedding parties, business travellers or other guests. The venue’s mix of gathering spaces and accommodation can help planners shape a multi-part event, from daytime sessions or ceremonies through to an evening reception and a comfortable overnight stay.
