The Glass House by Hotel McCall

The Glass House is a distinctive event venue near the centre of McCall, Idaho, overlooking Payette Lake. Its mid-century architecture, extensive windows and mountain outlook make it a memorable setting for organisers planning weddings, celebrations, business gatherings and community events. The venue offers around 4,100 square feet of flexible indoor space, as well as outdoor areas by the lake, so organisers can choose a layout and setting suited to their occasion.

Three connected areas provide different ways to host guests. The central reception room can accommodate seated dining for up to 36 people, while the North Building has living, dining and kitchen areas that can be arranged for gatherings, classes or smaller functions. Its elevated deck looks towards the lake, Brundage Mountain and Brown Park. Outdoor lawns and landscaped areas add room for ceremonies, receptions, concerts and seasonal parties. The venue can be hired in full or with the event areas selected separately.

For weddings, the lakeside lawn can host ceremonies and receptions for up to 100 guests. Indoor rooms are available for more intimate celebrations, rehearsal dinners and smaller receptions. The events team can discuss availability and help organisers shape a plan for their gathering. Past uses of the space include corporate retreats, wine dinners, live music, birthday parties, lectures, fundraisers and family celebrations.

On-site accommodation sleeps up to eight guests, with bedrooms, a flexible sleeping area, a kitchen and shared living spaces. This can give a wedding party or small group a convenient place to stay as part of a longer celebration. Additional accommodation is available nearby through Hotel McCall, a short walk away. With indoor and outdoor options, a scenic lakeside position and lodging at the property, The Glass House can suit events ranging from intimate dinners to larger outdoor celebrations.
