The Barn at God's Country

Set among the rolling countryside near Center, Nebraska, The Barn at God’s Country is a rustic venue for couples, families, businesses and event organisers seeking a relaxed rural setting. The restored barn sits on five acres and offers views of the surrounding landscape, with space for weddings, family celebrations, corporate gatherings, meetings and vendor displays. Couples can arrange their ceremony and reception at the same venue, choosing an indoor or outdoor ceremony and making use of the deck for an open-air finish to the day.

The barn can be hired in its entirety or by separate floors, giving organisers options for events of different sizes. Hourly hire is available for some business events, while the venue also suits graduations, retirement parties, holiday gatherings, school proms, craft fairs and other public or social occasions. Its position beside Highway 84 makes it straightforward for guests and exhibitors to reach.

Facilities include a bridal suite with preparation stations, a large kitchen for food preparation and storage, a bar area, tables and chairs, cocktail tables and wooden benches. A multi-zone sound system serves the interior, and a portable system is available for outdoor use. Other features include televisions on both floors, Wi-Fi, a loft, a fireplace and a lit concrete deck with sound equipment. The venue is wheelchair accessible. Organisers can contact the team to discuss availability, room hire and arrangements for their event. The owners created the space by restoring a vintage barn, and its character combines original features with practical amenities for celebrations and gatherings.
