Exchange Park

Exchange Park is a multi-purpose event venue in Ladson, South Carolina, offering indoor halls, outdoor spaces and fairground facilities for private and public events. Organisers can enquire about renting individual rooms or larger areas, with the venue team helping identify a suitable space and provide a tailored rental quote based on the event’s needs.

For indoor gatherings, Freedom Hall offers more than 22,000 square feet, a commercial kitchen and food service area, restrooms, heating and air conditioning. Exchange Hall provides 22,800 square feet, arranged across two halls and an atrium, with a covered porch and audio-visual equipment. These spaces can suit receptions, banquets, trade shows, expos, meetings and community functions.

Outdoor options include the Pavilion and several open-air areas, stages and performance spaces. The Lakefront Stage is an amphitheatre with seating for nearly 5,000 people, while the Parkway and Gazebo stages accommodate smaller audiences. The site also includes a large horse show ring, an agricultural building, landscaped grounds and a lake. These facilities make the park suitable for concerts, festivals, equestrian and livestock events, vehicle gatherings, arts and crafts shows, reunions and other large-scale occasions.

Exchange Park is also marketed for weddings and other celebrations. The broad range of spaces allows organisers to consider different layouts and event formats, from a smaller gathering in a dedicated room to a large outdoor event. Free parking is available, and the park has more than 10,000 parking spaces. Rental prices vary according to the facilities and requirements, so organisers can submit an enquiry to discuss availability, pricing and a site visit.
