Rooftop 220

Rooftop 220 is a private event venue in Tampa, set beside Armature Works and overlooking the Hillsborough River and downtown skyline. Its combination of an open-air rooftop deck and a refined indoor room gives organisers a flexible setting for intimate celebrations and business occasions, with the option to bring guests together outdoors or move inside.

The venue is suited to weddings and receptions, as well as birthdays, baby showers, holiday parties and networking events. It can host up to 50 guests for a seated gathering or 125 for a cocktail-style event. For weddings, couples can use the rooftop for an outdoor ceremony and the indoor space for dining and celebrations. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the surrounding river and city views, so the setting remains a feature indoors too.

Organisers can work with the Armature Works events team to enquire about the space and plan the occasion. The venue’s preferred suppliers can support details such as catering, drinks, flowers and music, while the layout allows hosts to shape the event around their needs. Rooftop 220 is a distinctive choice for those seeking a smaller-scale venue with both indoor and outdoor options in the Tampa Heights area. Its location within a larger dining and hospitality destination also gives guests nearby places to eat and gather before or after a private event.
