Staley Park & Pavilion

Staley Park & Pavilion offers organisers an outdoor setting for small gatherings in Sharpsburg, Georgia. Managed by the Town of Sharpsburg, the venue sits in a shaded, secluded park area, making it a relaxed choice for family celebrations, children’s parties, reunions and informal community occasions. The park includes a pavilion, a picturesque gazebo and a Tot Lot, giving guests space to gather while children have a place to play.

The pavilion and gazebo can be reserved through the town’s rental process. Organisers submit the relevant booking paperwork and payment, then arrange confirmation with the community centre coordinator. Rental options include Staley Park on its own or combined with the A & O Bridges Community Center, which can provide an indoor alternative alongside the outdoor space. The community centre is a separate facility with its own rental arrangements, so planners can ask the town which option best suits their event.

The park is suited to hosts looking for a straightforward, informal venue rather than a fully serviced event package. Organisers should plan their own catering, styling and entertainment, and check current availability, rates, terms and any requirements directly with the town before booking. Its outdoor facilities and nearby playground make it a practical choice for gatherings where guests want room to meet and enjoy time together in a simple park setting.
