The Ilmenau Festival Hall is a versatile event venue for companies, event organizers, and private hosts. The building offers various halls and adjoining rooms that can be used individually or in combination. These include a large hall with a stage, a smaller hall, the Park Café, the Park Hall, a promenade, and additional rooms for supplementary program elements or smaller discussion groups. Different seating and room layouts can be implemented depending on the occasion.

Flexible spaces and event technology are available for conferences, congresses, seminars, and training courses. Concerts, cultural events, company anniversaries, customer events, weddings, and family celebrations also find a suitable setting here. The large hall is suitable for larger productions and can be equipped with lighting and stage technology. Overall, the event hall can accommodate events with up to 2,400 guests.

In addition to the indoor spaces, event organizers can also utilize terraces, the courtyard, a dance floor, and selected areas of the adjacent city park. This allows for breaks, receptions, or individual program elements to be moved outdoors. The spaces can be rented upon prior request. The Festhalle team is available to assist with questions regarding space planning, event organization, and technical equipment. The central location in Ilmenau and nearby parking make it easy for guests and participants to arrive.
