Skybox on 6th

Skybox on 6th is a private rooftop venue in downtown Austin, available for weddings, corporate gatherings, celebrations, fundraisers, concerts and other hosted events. Its open-air setting looks out across the city and West 6th Street, while much of the space is covered and can be enclosed on several sides, giving organisers options for changing weather and different event styles.

The venue offers around 9,000 square feet in total, with a main floor of approximately 6,250 square feet. It can accommodate up to 480 people standing or around 300 seated, making it suitable for both lively receptions and more structured occasions. The hire includes a 12-hour booking block, an on-site venue manager, Wi-Fi, a catering preparation kitchen, a private get-ready room, a stage and an in-house audio system. An LED screen and direct street-level lift access are also available.

Event planners can shape the blank-canvas space to suit their programme, from a wedding reception or company party to a fundraiser, brand gathering or live performance. Optional additions include audiovisual and lighting packages, furniture setup, security, extra hire time and restroom attendants. The venue also provides access to a preferred supplier list, while approved external suppliers may be used for many services. Catering and beverage arrangements are managed through the venue's in-house teams. Organisers can enquire about availability, pricing and tours through the venue's booking contact form. Its central location places hotels and parking options within easy reach, helping planners coordinate guest arrivals and nearby accommodation.
