Tyrone Gathering Place

Tyrone Gathering Place is a flexible venue in Tyrone, Pennsylvania, for organisers planning a meeting, birthday celebration, shower or other private gathering. Its event space covers around 2,500 square feet and can seat up to 64 guests, with a layout that can be adapted to suit the occasion. The venue sets out tables and chairs before your booking and provides tablecloths, giving organisers a practical starting point for arranging the room.

The space is designed to accommodate different event formats. A serving area, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave and coffee bar support food brought in by the organiser, whether that is a catered meal, delivered food or a shared buffet. A sitting room offers a separate place to gather, while a smaller room can be used for breakout discussions. For meetings and presentations, the venue offers a projection screen, and sound equipment is available for music and other event needs. Some full-day bookings also include a projector, microphone, Wi-Fi and dancefloor equipment.

Accessibility and convenient arrival are considered too. The main event space is wheelchair accessible, and on-site parking is available for up to 14 vehicles, including an accessible space. Organisers can book time for their event and allow for any set-up or decorating they need. The venue also offers group overnight accommodation for up to 12 people in its upstairs private quarters, with four bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge and bathrooms. These rooms are reached by stairs and are not wheelchair accessible. Free venue tours can be arranged by appointment, so planners can view the facilities before choosing a date.
