Suite 150, LLC

Suite 150 offers two small, flexible event spaces in Las Vegas' Arts District, available to rent for private and public gatherings. The rooms provide a blank canvas for organisers planning occasions such as baby showers, graduation parties, memorials, art shows, pop-up shops, product launches and meetings. Each space can host up to 50 people, with the layout arranged to suit the event.

The venue is designed for straightforward, independent planning. Renters can bring prepared food or arrange an outside caterer, and are free to decorate the room to suit their plans. Suite 150 can also suggest local suppliers. On-site cooking and food trucks are not permitted, and alcohol must be supplied by a licensed vendor approved for the venue.

Included facilities comprise Wi-Fi, adjustable lighting, blackout blinds, heating and air conditioning, folding tables and chairs, bar stools, a television with HDMI, a soundbar and a Bluetooth speaker. Organisers are responsible for setting out the included furniture, with table coverings and set-up available as an optional extra. The venue also has accessible entry, nearby toilets and a public parking lot in front of the spaces. A virtual tour and floor plans help planners assess the rooms before booking.

Bookings are offered by the hour or for a full day, with access available from morning until midnight. Suite 150 and Suite 155 can be hired together for the same period. Its Arts District location puts restaurants, bars, galleries and coffee shops within walking distance, while the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown are a short drive away. Set-up and clear-up time should be included in the booked rental period.
