Coyote Creek Ranch

Coyote Creek Ranch is a rustic event venue on 33 acres between Alvarado and Cleburne, south of Fort Worth. Set in a converted horse barn home, the property offers organisers a country setting for weddings, family reunions and other private gatherings. Its lake, creek, shaded outdoor areas and water activities give guests room to spend time together beyond the main celebration.

The ranch can host events for up to 75 guests. For groups planning a longer stay, the house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with sleeping arrangements for up to 16 people. This combination of event space and on-site accommodation can suit a reunion or wedding weekend where some guests would like to stay together at the venue.

The grounds provide a natural backdrop for gatherings, with water views and mature shade trees across the property. Organisers can enquire about booking the ranch for their occasion and discuss arrangements directly with the venue team. As the setting is a private rural property, it offers a different feel from a conventional function hall, with indoor accommodation and outdoor features all within the same 33-acre site.

Coyote Creek Ranch is located on FM Road 3136, within reach of the Fort Worth area. It is suited to planners looking for a relaxed ranch venue for a wedding or family occasion, particularly when overnight accommodation and outdoor surroundings are important to the plans. The venue's stated event capacity is 75 guests, while the house sleeps up to 16.
