Avion Center

Avion Center is a hireable event venue in Chandler, Arizona, offering flexible indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, business functions and social celebrations. Organisers can choose from a ballroom, smaller meeting rooms, a conference foyer and a private patio, with layouts suited to both intimate gatherings and larger occasions.

The 4,079-square-foot ballroom can be divided into two sections or used as one open space. Depending on the layout, it can host banquets, classroom sessions or theatre-style presentations, with capacity varying by setup. Features include adjustable LED lighting, projection equipment, large screens and Wi-Fi. The adjoining foyer can be arranged for guest registration, welcome drinks, a bar or informal reception seating.

For smaller groups, the Red Baron Room accommodates meetings, workshops and presentations, while the Voyager boardroom provides a more private setting for executive discussions and conference calls. Both rooms have audiovisual facilities, and the Red Baron includes a glass whiteboard. The landscaped patio, which can also be hired separately, offers space for outdoor gatherings, networking and guest breaks.

Avion Center welcomes wedding receptions, birthdays, anniversaries, awards celebrations, holiday parties, conferences, expos and corporate meetings. Wedding facilities include a private preparation room, reception space and patio. The venue provides setup support and coffee service, and organisers can bring their own caterer. Its staff can discuss room arrangements and event requirements with planners seeking a space for a particular occasion.
