Jackson Pavilion

Jackson Pavilion is an outdoor venue for organisers planning weddings, company outings, birthday parties, family picnics, reunions, graduation celebrations and other group events in Grapevine, Texas. Set within Rockledge Park beside Grapevine Lake, it offers a covered gathering space with lake and woodland scenery. The pavilion can accommodate up to 250 guests, making it suitable for both family occasions and larger group functions.

The site includes tables, covered seating, running water, electricity, lighting and bathroom facilities. Guests can also make use of barbecue pits, while the park setting offers activities such as volleyball, basketball and horseshoes. For larger gatherings, organisers can enquire about an adjoining seven-acre field, which may suit tailgate-style events, car shows and activities needing additional open space. Parking is available within the park, with overflow arrangements for larger events.

Bookings are made for the pavilion, with availability checked ahead of the event date. The venue also offers optional additions such as kayak hire, golf carts and a trolley shuttle for nearby guests. Organisers can arrange outside vendors, subject to the venue's permit requirements, and can ask about preferred suppliers for food, entertainment and inflatables. The location is a practical option for planners seeking a relaxed lakeside setting with useful on-site facilities and room for guests to gather, dine and enjoy outdoor activities. Event timings follow park operations, so organisers should confirm access, add-ons and any event-specific requirements when enquiring.
