De Meerhoek

Zuidhoekstraat 22, 8880 Sint-Eloois-Winkel, Belgium

De Meerhoek is a venue with three multi-purpose halls in Sint-Eloois-Winkel, a district of Ledegem. Organisers can book a hall for a party or gathering. De Meerhoek is the largest hall. There are also Het Meerzicht and Het Meerhuisje, giving you a choice of different spaces. Each hall has its own booking calendar. Please note that Het Meerzicht and Het Meerhuisje cannot be booked separately when the large hall, De Meerhoek, has already been booked.

A furniture hire brochure is available to help you plan the layout. This allows you to adapt the hall layout to the type of occasion and the number of guests. De Meerhoek lets organisers choose their own caterer. Drinks, however, are arranged through the venue. The selection includes aperitifs, wine, sparkling wine, soft drinks and beer. The venue ensures that the chosen drinks are chilled and available. During the event, a member of the De Meerhoek team is on hand as a point of contact and to serve at the bar.

The website also provides information for groups and coach visits, and lists meals that need to be booked in advance. Anyone planning an event can check the halls' availability online and request a booking. For questions about the spaces, practical arrangements or options, organisers can contact De Meerhoek. The venue offers a hall hire arrangement where organisers choose their own caterer and can rely on the venue for drinks and bar service.
