73 Waterloo at St John's

73 Waterloo at St John's is a flexible event venue in the historic St John's Church, close to Waterloo Station in central London. Its distinctive heritage architecture provides a memorable setting for conferences, trade fairs, award dinners, product launches, receptions and corporate celebrations. Organisers can choose from several spaces, hire them individually or bring different parts of the building together for a multi-room event.

The Nave is the largest room, with capacity for up to 500 standing guests, 400 in a theatre layout or 270 for dining. It has natural daylight, a PA system, Wi-Fi, audiovisual facilities and a dancefloor. The Foyer can accommodate 200 standing guests and includes a built-in bar. For a more intimate gathering, the Old Crypt offers atmospheric brickwork and space for up to 140 standing guests, while the Forum can host up to 220 standing or 100 in a theatre layout. Smaller rooms are available for meetings and breakout sessions, and an outdoor area can be added for garden events and standing receptions.

The venue's varied layouts suit programmes that combine presentations, networking, dining and informal activities. In-house catering is available across the spaces, helping organisers plan food and refreshments alongside the room booking. With its blend of historic character, contemporary facilities and convenient transport links, 73 Waterloo offers event planners a central London location for both large-scale productions and smaller gatherings.
