Old South Clays

Old South Clays is an event venue and sporting clays facility in Athens, Alabama, serving organisers in the surrounding North Alabama area. Its indoor event space can seat up to 300 guests and includes a full kitchen, offering a setting for corporate gatherings, fundraisers, private parties and other group occasions. Organisers can contact the team to discuss their plans and tailor an event around the venue and its facilities.

A distinctive option here is to combine a gathering indoors with sporting clays on the adjoining course. The automated range is designed for participants with different levels of experience, from first-time shooters to confident regulars. This can give company groups, fundraising teams and private parties a shared activity alongside time together in the event space. Safety is part of the facility's approach, and staff are available to support visitors using the range. A limited number of golf carts are available to help guests get around the course.

The venue is within reach of Athens, Madison and Huntsville, making it a regional option for organisers seeking both an indoor gathering space and an outdoor activity. The kitchen is available for event catering needs, though organisers should confirm specific food arrangements, capacity details and what is included when enquiring. Old South Clays operates by appointment, and its booking form invites organisers to share their organisation, preferred date and event details. Contact the team directly to discuss availability and plan a corporate event, fundraiser or private celebration that makes use of the venue and shooting course.
